This Itajime dress is specially hand crafted in the workshop of two of India’s foremost craftsmen, Jabbar and brother Abdullah Khatri from Bhuj, Gujarat. Itajime is a dyeing technique of shibori in which fabric is folded, clamped, tied and dyed several times to create layers of colour, which thus produce a stylish, easy to wear and handmade product. Sizes, cuts and colours may differ, as every piece is handmade from their hard working hands to yours.
