Their mission is to empower young women of their communities by giving them the opportunity to leave their vulnerable employment, that are most commonly related to  to drug or sex-related industries. Penh Lenh supports them in pursuing their life goals through fair & dignified employment, skill training & educational opportunities that allow them to support themselves & their families by making top of the range beautiful jewellery. 

Each piece is handcrafted in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, representing the strength & beauty of Penh Lenh’s female artisans. Their jewellery directly connects empowered women from one side of the world to another, from the woman who makes them to the woman who wears them.   

100% of the net profit goes back to building new and effective methods of teaching and caring for their artisans. Their range is entirely ethically-sourced and responsibly-made.

All of Penh Lenh’s  products are handcrafted in their workshop in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, by female artisans working to build healthy lives for themselves and their families. 

Each piece takes around 30 minutes to 2 hours to make from start to finish, like this they can ensure a thorough quality check is done before packaging with care.
